Rob Hayles

Rob Hayles is a three times Olympic medallist and double track World Champion, his second title coming when he partnered a young Mark Cavendish to glory in Los Angeles 2005.

Rob was crowned National Road Race Champion in 2008 and during an illustrious career he won thirteen world, Olympic and Commonwealth medals as well as sixteen National Championship medals.

Retiring at the end of 2010, Rob is developing his media career and is a popular studio guest and commentator for both the BBC and Eurosport. He is now the regular analyst on Radio 5.  His laid back, witty style ensures he’s a favourite with the audience. Having competed alongside both Bradley Wiggins and Mark Cavendish, he is a popular speaker around the Tour de France and major track championships.
