Andy Blow

Motivation has never been an issue for Andy Blow.  As an ex-GB international tri and duathlete, Andy knows what that it takes to attain goals at the top of sport.

 

 

 

Athletic achievements:

• Podium finish half ironman UK 2003
• 2 x top 10 Ironman Uk finishes
• Hawaii Ironman finisher 2004
• Xterra Age Group World Champion
• GB team member – Duathlon and Long Distance triathlon.

Andy has a degree in Sports and Exercise Science.  He has been Sports Scientist to the Benetton and Renault F1 teams and has worked with Jenson Button, Mark Webber and Fernando Alonso.  Andy now resides as Director of Sports Science and Events Business at the Porsche Human Performance Centre at Silverstone.

Andy is also a features writer and cycle tester for 220 Triathlon and also runs www.votwo.co.uk with Ben Mason and Eliot Challifour.

His public speaking experience is vast, with talks covering motivation and exploring the subject of excellence and working with world class and elite teams and indivuals.

Andy is also able to integrate interactive presentations into his work.
